Limited Brands created a strong internship program with the Retail Leadership Program. Throughout the summer, interns are exposed to senior management across all of the divisions while also being immersed in discrete, relevant projects within their assigned function. Interns walk away from the summer with a solid understanding of the operations of a leading retail company.
