The International Business & Development Club hosted a discussion with Pratham, an organization that aims to wipe out illiteracy in India. Forty students engaged in an interactive dialogue with Mr. Vikas Taneja who described himself as "a BCG partner by day, the head of Pratham's Boston Chapter by night". (0) comments

Our featured guest, Doug Levin, serves as President of Black Duck Software, the leader in software compliance management solutions. Former Massachusetts Governor Michael Dukakis (HLS '60) spoke at HBS on December 11 at the invitation of the HBS Democrats Club. Dukakis' speech focused on the importance of grassroots, precinct-based political campaigning. In fact, he attributed the success of his campaigns to successful recruitment of precinct captains and block captains to coordinate local campaign activities. (0) comments
On Tuesday, January 22, the Globalization Club hosted a visit from Peter Barker-Homek, Chief Executive Officer of TAQA (Abu Dhabi National Energy Company). With extensive experience in Energy and M&A, Peter has held senior positions with BP, BG International, Pacific Enterprises and Merrill Lynch before moving to join TAQA as its CEO. (0) comments
